Reportan — אפליקציית בדק בית ורטיבות מקצועית

1. מי אנחנו

Reportan היא אפליקציית מובייל ליצירת דוחות בדק בית ורטיבות, מפותחת ומופעלת על ידי Vlad Tansky (support@reportan.co.il). מדיניות פרטיות זו מתארת כיצד אנו אוספים, משתמשים ומגנים על המידע שלך.

2. המידע שאנו אוספים

כתובת דוא"ל ומזהה משתמש — נאספים בהרשמה דרך Google Sign-In, לצורך אימות ושמירת הנתונים שלך בענן.
נתוני דוחות ולקוחות — פרטי נכס, לקוח, ליקויים ותמונות שאתה שומר ב-Reportan.
שימוש באפליקציית Reportan ל-ChatGPT — בקשות לכלים, מזהי דוחות, תוצאות מסוכמות ורשומות אבטחה. אסימוני OAuth משמשים לחיבור החשבון.
מיקום (כתובת נכס) — רק אם תבחר להשתמש בהשלמה אוטומטית של כתובת. לא נאסף מיקום GPS ברקע.
נתוני קריסה ושגיאות — נשלחים אנונימית לשרת שלנו לצורך זיהוי ותיקון באגים.

3. כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע

אנו לא מוכרים, משכירים או מעבירים את המידע שלך לצדדים שלישיים לצרכי פרסום.

4. שיתוף מידע

המידע מאוחסן ומעובד באמצעות Google Firebase ו-Google Cloud. כאשר אתה מחבר את Reportan ל-ChatGPT ומבקש מידע, התוצאה הנדרשת מועברת ל-OpenAI כדי לענות לבקשתך. איננו משתפים מידע לצורכי פרסום ואיננו מוכרים מידע אישי. מידע עשוי להימסר אם הדבר נדרש על פי חוק.

5. אבטחה

כל התקשורת מוצפנת ב-HTTPS. הנתונים מאוחסנים בשרתי Google Cloud עם הרשאות גישה מוגבלות לחשבונך בלבד.

6. שמירת מידע ומחיקה

נתוני החשבון והדוחות נשמרים כל עוד החשבון פעיל. אסימון גישה לחיבור ChatGPT תקף עד שעה ואסימון רענון עד 30 ימים; רישומי אבטחה נשמרים כל עוד הם נדרשים באופן סביר לתפעול, אבטחה ועמידה בדרישות חוק. ניתן לנתק את החיבור מתוך ChatGPT. לבקשת גישה, תיקון או מחיקת חשבון ומידע, פנה אלינו בדוא"ל support@reportan.co.il ונטפל בבקשה תוך 30 ימים.

7. ילדים

האפליקציה אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13 ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע מקטינים.

8. שינויים במדיניות

עדכונים מהותיים יפורסמו בדף זה. המשך שימוש באפליקציה לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.

Privacy Policy

Reportan mobile, web, and ChatGPT app

Information we collect

We process your account identity; inspection reports, properties, customers, defects, images, CRM and catalog data stored in Reportan; crash and diagnostic data; and, when you connect Reportan to ChatGPT, OAuth tokens, requested tool inputs, summarized results, and security audit records.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, provide and synchronize Reportan, answer only the Reportan requests you initiate through ChatGPT, secure the service, diagnose failures, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Service providers and disclosure

Google Firebase and Google Cloud host and process Reportan data. When you connect Reportan to ChatGPT and request information, the required result is sent to OpenAI to answer that request. We may disclose information when legally required.

Security and retention

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS and access is role- and company-scoped. Account and report data is retained while the account is active. ChatGPT connection access tokens last up to one hour and refresh tokens up to 30 days. Security audit records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for operation, security, and legal compliance.

Your controls

You can disconnect Reportan in ChatGPT. To request access, correction, account deletion, or deletion of associated data, email support@reportan.co.il from your registered address. We process requests within 30 days.
