Service

Reportan helps authorized building-inspection professionals manage reports, catalogs, and CRM information. The Reportan app for ChatGPT provides read-only summaries from the signed-in user's authorized Reportan workspace.

Accounts and authorization

You must use an authorized Reportan account and keep access to it secure. You may access only information belonging to a company and role assigned to you. You can disconnect the ChatGPT connection at any time.

Professional responsibility

ChatGPT responses and Reportan summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are productivity aids, not engineering, legal, safety, or other professional advice. Verify source reports and exercise professional judgment before relying on or sharing a result.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, access another customer's data, disrupt the service, or use Reportan in violation of law or third-party rights.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available and may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Reportan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of generated summaries or service interruption.
